Reporting Problems
1. If you are experiencing problems with the SmartCape facility, you have to report this to your Librarian. The librarian will log a call with the SmartCape helpdesk. The SmartCape helpdesk team will fix the problem as soon as they can.

Contact can be made during working hours (i.e. weekdays 8:00 - 16:30)
SmartCape users are not allowed to log calls or report problems directly to the helpdesk due to security reasons. All calls have to come from library staff.
