What is Protune?

Protune is a motor repair and service centre owned by Rodney Kempshell.  Rodney has been in the business of motor maintenance for more than 24 years now.

 

Protune tries to build an established clientele.  Many of our customers are more like friends, as we have been together for so many years.  

Our work is diverse and challenging. Every vehicle is different, bringing its own challenges. Even if they have the same symptoms, they can still have different problems.  Therefore, we like to approach each job with an open mind.  Every vehicle is checked carefully before we agree on the diagnosis and proper remedy.  Nobody, no car, and no job is turned away.

Protune staff

Protune staff is in good physical condition.  They have to be, as our work requires heavy lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.   They are used to "getting their hands dirty" with your car, and always have a welcoming smile for you.  You won't find a warmer atmosphere in any other motor repair shop.

They have good critical and problem solving abilities.  They are trained and experienced in the use of the mechanical equipment on our premises.  They also welcome the opportunity for ongoing learning which comes with the increasing use of computerised equipment in our business.
