To Whom It May Concern:
This is to confirm that I know John Prinsloo of John Prinsloo and Associates through the tender training workshops at the Mitchell's Plain Red Door. John Prinsloo and Associates has always been the preferred service provider on tender training by clients. The feedback that we got from various clients is positive. Not only does his training teach entrepreneurs about tendering, but they also learn about all the procurement policies of the various Departments of Provincial Government and the City of Cape Town.
The costing structure and software he uses is excellent and informative. After training the clients normally can fill out the tender documentation themselves and that in my opinion is excellent skills transfer and empowerment.
John Prinsloo and Associates is currently busy with the 2nd round basic tender training for Casidra and the Red Door. As manager of Economic Development and Tourism at Casidra, I am convinced that SMME's are getting the best training. His knowledge is built on 8 years of tender related experience.
