The business is completely owned and managed by Mr Prinsloo who started his consulting and training business in 1993. He gained much of his building and construction knowledge while working for the largest building material supply company in the Western Cape. He specialises in the field of calculation and cost of business plans, a skill he found useful as Government opened up the tender process to PDI's.

Mr Prinsloo has worked with developing and governmental agencies alike to assist small black business owners with cost and completion of their tender documents. He has worked with agencies such as:

 Mr Prinsloo's experience includes having operated four satellite tender offices for the City of Cape Town in Langa, Guguletu, Strand and Mitchell's Plain. Mr Prinsloo is also an agent for BEE certificates. These certificates are from a verified rating agency and these certificates could be supplied to small businesses at a very good rate.
