Lityelinzima Paulos Kali

Ndebe Construction was the brainchild of Lityelinzima "Paul" Paulos Kali. Paul is a skilled surveyor assistant and has 30 years worth of experience in the Civil Engineering field. He is very passionate about what he does and likes to share his knowledge with disadvantaged people with little education or who have no marketable job skills. He started by training local routine road maintenance contractors and helped co-ordinate labour-intensive community based training programmes.

Nyameka Kali

Nyameka Kali is Paul's third eldest daughter and is the managing director of Ndebe Construction. She confesses that her job is not easy, as this is a male- dominated industry.  With hard work and perseverance though, she is succeeding in becoming a successful business woman.
