Marion has designed for weddings and matric balls. She also designs clothes for some notable public figures in Cape Town.  She even designed some outfits for Helen Zille, Premier of the Western Cape, in 2007, when she was Mayor of the City of Cape Town.

Her target market is the individual who wants a unique but affordable garment, something which is custom-designed, rather than ready-to-wear.  Her style is African in feel, but each outfit is customised to suit the individual client's figure and personality.  She specialises in making African-styled clothing more accessible and flattering for non-African figures. 

Marion is especially passionate about creating beautiful garments for larger sizes, as this is a market not well catered for by the mainstream clothing retailers.

Her reputation has spread beyond Mitchells Plain, purely by word of mouth, and her ability to innovate is the envy of many a local designer.  In the last year, she has designed and created garments for over 100 new clients.
