Prevention
Cancer prevention means active measures to reduce the incidence of cancer. Prevention is divided into two; there is primary prevention which is suitable for people who have not been diagnosed with a disease. The secondary prevention is aiming at reducing recurrence or complications of a previously diagnosed illness.
Making some simple changes to your lifestyle can significantly reduce your risk of developing cancer. Eating a healthy diet, taking regular exercise, and avoiding smoking will all help to lower your risk of getting major health conditions, such as cancer.
