Acid Indigestion

Acid indigestion is caused by an excess or lack of acid in a person's stomach. Frequent acid indigestion can lead to ulcers. It is very easy to suffer from acid indigestion, but it is equally as easy not too.

Now, the common causes of acid indigestion are: Eating foods with too much fat, as well as eating foods with too much spice. It can also occur if you consume a large amount of caffeine or alcohol. Smoking doesn't help either.

The simplest way to prevent acid indigestion is to change your diet. Eat small but frequent meals to prevent your stomach from becoming empty. Do not sit down and gorge yourself - rather spread the food throughout the day.

It is rather a lot better to have a healthier diet and avoid acid indigestion, as you will have a better quality of life.
