MISSION
To promote health for all by providing a Promotive, Preventative, Curative, and Rehabilitative service within the District Health System guided by the principles of Primary Health Care.

OBJECTIVES OF SERVICE:

• To promote a mental, physical and social health care service
• To provide a maternal and child health service
• To promote community and inter-sectoral participation
• To ensure that the District Health System is functional
• To provide an emergency twenty four hour service in the district
• To promote the effective use of all resources within the district
• To provide prevention programs to specific types of diseases.
